A little slice of chocolatey sweet berry heaven and it’s 100% plant-based!
You will need:
Desiccated coconut, Almonds, Almond Butter, Honey or Maple Syrup, Cacao or Cocoa, Vanilla Essence, Frozen Raspberries, Coconut Oil.
There are 3 layers to this dessert ~~
~ 1 cup desiccated coconut
~ 1 cup almonds
~ 2 tablespoons of almond butter
~ 10 medjool dates
~ 2 tablespoons cacao or cocoa
~ 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
~ 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Blend the Bottom Layer ingredients together until it resembles a fine, sticky crumb.
Press the mixture firmly in a square pan about 20cm.
~ 250g frozen raspberries
~ 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
~ 2 tablespoons almond butter
~ 8 tablespoons coconut oil
Blend the Middle Layer ingredients until it is smooth and well combined.
Pour it over the Bottom Layer leveling it out.
Place it in the fridge to set.
~ 4 tablespoons cacao or cocoa
~ 4 tablespoons coconut oil melted
~ 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
~ 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
Once it has set, mix the Top Layer Ingredients in a bowl and pour it over the other two layers spreading it out.
Place the slice into the fridge or freezer to set for about 20 minutes.
