I LOVE love whipping these pancakes up for breakfast as they are so easy and wholesome yet sweet!
Cooks about 5 small, thick pancakes
Ingredients:
~ 1 cup Oats
~ 1 cup Nut Milk
~ 1 Banana or 1 cup of Berries
~ 1 tablespoon Cocoa
~ 1 tablespoon vegan Protein
Blend the ingredients together until smooth and slightly runny
Pour desired amount into oiled pan
Flip the pancake it starts to bubble
Topping:
I usually add maple syrup, chopped up Almonds, Vegan Chocolate Chips or Berries! Depending on my vibe.
