These delish little cookies are plant-based and gluten free! I usually dunk them in my coffee in the mornings.
Makes about 10 cookies.
Ingredients:
~ 1 cup oats
~ 1/2 cup butter of choice
~ 1 tsp vanilla essence
~ A pinch of pink salt
~ 1 tbsp cocoa
~ 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
~ 4 tbsp coconut/brown sugar
~ 1/2 cup coconut flour or none
~ 1/2 cup almond milk or none
Squash them into cookies and bake in the oven for 20 mins.
