My favourite chocolatey, thick, fudgey sweet treat…


These Vegan Brownies are plant-based, cruelty free, easy, quick and DELISH!

Makes about 15 small brownies.

Ingredients:

~ I cup of Flour or Oats (for a gluten-free option)
~ 1 cup Almond Milk (I use Chocolate Almond Breeze flavour for a richer chocolatey taste)
~ 1 cup Brown  Sugar or Castor Sugar
~ 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
~ 1/3 cup Cocoa
~ 1/2 cup melted Vegan Chocolate
~ 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
~ 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Mix all the ingredients together until smooth and not too thick
Pour in a baking tray that has been oiled
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 Minutes

Topping:
I usually like to add a topping to my brownies.

Either sprinkle Almonds, Vegan Chocolate chip, Coconut, Icing Sugar or Berries on the top.
OR
Mix 1 cup Icing Sugar, 1 tablespoon Cocoa and 3 teaspoons of warm water and layer it on the top as your chocolatey icing.
